✅ 14-Day Cancellation Right
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
6.1 Cancellation Period
The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods. For multiple goods ordered in one order but delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.
6.2 How to Cancel
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model cancellation form available on our Website, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
6.3 Return of Goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear them or failed to inform you that you must bear them.
6.4 Condition of Returned Goods
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in resaleable condition.
6.5 Exceptions
The right of cancellation does not apply to:
7.1 Refund Timing
If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
7.2 Refund Method
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
7.3 Refund Delay
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
⏱️ Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
8.1 Currency and VAT
All prices on the Website are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include UK VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery charges are indicated separately before order confirmation.
8.2 Price Changes
The Company reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to the order is the price in effect at the time of order validation.
8.3 Price Errors
In the event of an obvious pricing error (e.g., a significantly underpriced item due to a technical error), the Company reserves the right to cancel the order and offer a refund, even if an order confirmation has been sent.

Orders can be paid for using the following methods:
💳 Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express

10.1 Transfer of Ownership
Ownership of the Products transfers to the Customer upon full payment of the price, including delivery charges.
10.2 Transfer of Risk
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Customer when the Customer (or a person indicated by the Customer) acquires physical possession of the goods.
If the Customer arranges their own carrier (not offered by the Company), risk passes when the goods are handed over to the carrier.
11.1 Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery times are indicated on the Website and in the order confirmation email. These times are estimates and may vary depending on stock availability and carrier capacity.
11.2 Maximum Delivery Time
Unless otherwise agreed, the Company will deliver the goods within 30 days of the date of order confirmation. If goods are not delivered within this period, the Customer may:
11.3 Delayed Delivery
In case of delayed delivery beyond the estimated time, the Customer will be informed by email. The Customer may then choose to wait for delivery or cancel the order for a full refund.
12.1 Delivery Area
