RETURNING YOUR ORDER

 

What to do if you need to return a product:

 
Are you not satisfied with your product, or did your order arrive damaged?
 
You may return your order within 30 days of receipt.
 
To initiate a return, please send an email to contact@comfee.fr with your order reference number.
 

When can you request a return and refund?

 
From the date you receive your order (delivery date applies), we accept returns within 30 days in the following circumstances:
 
  • The product arrived damaged or faulty
  • You received an incorrect item
  • You simply changed your mind (no reason required)
 
Upon receipt of your returned item, we will process your refund within 4 working days.
 

Return Timeframe

 
We accept returns within 30 days from the date you received your order.
 
This exceeds your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which provides a 14-day cancellation period for distance purchases.
 

How can I return my product?

 
Products can be returned by post to our returns address, which will be provided when you contact our team.
 

How do I obtain a returns label?

 
For faulty or damaged products:
If the product was damaged in transit, is incorrect, or has a manufacturing defect:
 
→ We will provide a prepaid returns label to download and print.
 
For change of mind returns:
If you purchased the wrong product, are not satisfied, or simply no longer want it:
 
→ We will provide a returns label to download and print. Return postage costs are your responsibility.
 

What condition must the product be in?

 
Products must be returned in as-new condition. This means:
 
  • Unopened in original sealed packaging, OR
  • Opened but unused, with all original packaging, accessories and documentation included
  • No signs of use, damage or wear
 

How do I request a return?

 
Simply submit your request via our Contact Page.
 
Alternatively, log in to your customer account and navigate to the “Returns” section.
 
Our team will respond within 48 hours with a pre-filled returns form.
 

Postage Costs

 
For faulty/defective products (warranty claim):
Return postage to our warehouse is at our expense. Our team will provide a prepaid returns label upon request. Postage for any replacement product is also covered by us.
 
For exchanges:
Return postage to our warehouse is at our expense. We will provide a prepaid returns label and cover the cost of sending the replacement product to you.
 
For change of mind returns:
Return postage is at your expense. We will provide a returns label and tracking number to ensure prompt processing.
 

How long will my warranty repair take?

 
For warranty exchanges, please allow 2-3 weeks from the date you send your product.
 
This timeframe may be extended if repairs are required.
 

How long will I wait for an exchanged product?

 
For exchanges, please allow 4-5 working days from the date you post your return to receive your replacement.
 

REFUND CONDITIONS

 

Refund Timeframe

 
For returned orders:
Refunds are processed within 4 working days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.
 
For non-delivery:
If your order is not delivered, refunds are processed within 7 days after the maximum delivery date stated at checkout.
 
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
 

Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

 
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.
 
We extend this to 30 days as part of our customer commitment.
 

Your Statutory Rights

 
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the following rights:
 
  • 30-day right to reject: If goods are faulty, you can request a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
  • Right to repair or replacement: After 30 days but within 6 months, you can request a repair or replacement. If this fails, you’re entitled to a refund.
  • 6-year claim period: You may have a claim for up to 6 years from purchase (5 years in Scotland) if you can prove a fault was present at the time of purchase.
 
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Are return costs covered?
Yes, if you receive a faulty item or wish to exchange a product under warranty. In all other cases (change of mind), return postage is at your expense. We will provide a tracking label to ensure swift processing of your return.
 
Our team will respond within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) with a pre-filled returns form.
 

💡 Tip: If you’re returning an item worth more than £75, we recommend using a tracked delivery service or purchasing postal insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
