💨 Auto-Open Drying
At the end of each wash cycle, the door automatically opens slightly to release steam and allow fresh air to circulate. This innovative feature delivers perfectly dry dishes – even tricky plastics that usually stay wet.
No more damp dishes, no more water pooling in containers, and no more hand-drying. Just open the door and put everything away.
💡 Tip: You can disable Auto-Open if needed by pressing the Auto-Open button on the control panel.
⚡ 15-Minute Fast Wash (Soak)
Need dishes clean in a hurry? The 15-minute Fast Wash cycle is the quickest in the entire COMFEE’ range – perfect for lightly soiled dishes when you’re short on time.
This “soak” cycle is ideal for freshly used dishes that haven’t had time to dry on, glasses from a quick drink, or a quick refresh before guests arrive.
⏱️ Cycle Comparison
⚠️ Note: Drying is not included in the 15-min cycle – dishes will be clean but may need a quick hand-dry.
🧠 Soil-Sensing Auto Wash
Don’t know which programme to choose? Let the dishwasher decide for you. The Soil-Sensing Auto Wash uses intelligent sensors to detect how dirty your dishes actually are.
Based on the actual soil level of your load, it automatically selects the optimal cycle settings – saving water, energy, and time while ensuring perfect cleaning results every time.
How It Works
- Load your dishes as normal
- Select the Auto Wash programme
- Sensors analyse the soil level
- Optimal settings are automatically selected
- Perfect results, minimal resources

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about the flagship model
A place setting includes: 1 dinner plate, 1 dessert plate, 1 soup bowl, 1 cup and saucer, 1 glass, and 5 pieces of cutlery (knife, fork, soup spoon, dessert spoon, teaspoon). With 14 place settings, this dishwasher can handle a full meal for 4-6 people with room to spare – making it the largest capacity in the COMFEE’ range.
At 44dB, this is genuinely whisper-quiet – quieter than a library (40dB) but softer than normal conversation (60dB). You can run it while watching TV, having conversations, or even while you sleep without disturbance. For comparison, standard dishwashers are typically 49-55dB, making this model noticeably quieter.
At the end of each wash cycle, the door automatically opens slightly (about 5-10cm) to release steam and allow fresh air to circulate inside. This results in perfectly dry dishes – even plastics which typically stay wet. You can disable this feature by pressing the Auto-Open button on the control panel if you prefer to keep the door closed.
The intelligent soil-sensing technology uses sensors to detect how dirty your dishes actually are. When you select the Auto Wash programme, the dishwasher analyses your load and automatically chooses the optimal cycle settings – saving water, energy, and time while ensuring perfect cleaning results. No more guessing which programme to use!
The 15-minute Fast Wash (Soak) cycle is designed for lightly soiled dishes that haven’t had time to dry on – freshly used plates, glasses from a quick drink, or a fast refresh before guests arrive. It’s perfect for speed, but note that drying is not included in this cycle. For heavily soiled dishes, use a longer programme for best results.

It quite load though, feels like someone has opened a water hose in the kitchen.
The wifi function is very good and can start the machine not just the program.
The programs are nice and short
Positives
Very quiet.
Beeps when complete.
Excellent value for money.
Negatives
On the quick cycle it takes about 25 minutes but we often find that some of the detergent tab remains in the tab compartment. We now use the eco cycle, taking about 2 hours and run it over night. Everything is very clean and no tab remains.
The advertising shows the various washer cycles buttons superimposed over the top of the door edge. We did believe that's where they, but there in the front of the door.
The racks are quite fragile, certainly compared to our old Bosch only time will tell if they'll last.
Conclusion. Good value for money.
What a rip off piece of rubbish. It lacked the load versatility of this COMFEE machine, as well as the old Neff, and didn't always clean things as well. But, yippee-do, it had wi-fi! How useless is that? I mean, really, what is the point of a washing machine with wi-fi? Zounds, I hated it and I hated being ripped off. It is possible that about a year later and in a matter of which I ought to be more ashamed I opened the door too far and broke it. We thus ended up with this COMFEE machine.
It has considerably more versatility, for example you can fold the half the bottom plate racks flat to make loading pots and pans easier, the cutlery basket can be moved anywhere on the bottom shelf. It does a great job of cleaning. I've only crabbed it a star because some cutlery can fall over in the basket.
So here's a lesson for all you legacy brands; make a machine that does what the punters want, don't add expensive and unnecessary features.
What else? Oh yes, the COMFEE was less than half the price of the Bosch.
Controling the functions via the app is a nice touch. Overall the dishwasher is value for money, considering the price, just over £200.00 it is quiet, washes well, although the real test would be heavily soiled dishes and pans, I have not put that to the test yet.
Warning though, the template for door fixing assumes you want the top of the panel door and dishwasher flush (i.e. at the same level) so if you have something like a Wren handle-less kitchen like I have all of the drill holes are in the wrong place so move your paper template 25mm down from the top, or according to your requirements.
The template instructions also miss out the need to remove the rubber caps to screw in the side restraining screws. Its obvious where the screws go as long as you know they are needed. If you need top restraints rather than side I suspect you are out of luck, but haven't fully checked.
Its really quite noisy (admittedly on a nigh-empty run) and has no metal frame around it, but Im hoping putting the kickboard back in will help that.
The WiFI feature worked fine once downloaded from Google play and the first was cycle was started from my phone. Not tried a button start yet but it powers on and off and switches cycle ok.
Warning - I don't know if its the fire retardant on the insulation but the thing smells really strongly of fish when new, its not the water in the unit which is odourless, so if you have a fish phobia you might want to avoid it.
Hoses aren't the longest but fine for my use, standard size inlet fitting so you could replace that but not sure about the drain hose.
As expected from other reviews the rear foot adjustment didn't work from the front, and yes I did try it before I screwed it in place :-) This was ok for me as my unit was with tolerance on my spirit level. The front adjusters (just) worked, and they only needed raising a millimetre on one side and two on the other.
This unit reminds me of (I think) my old Philips Whirlpool dishwasher in how the door is mounted.
Its Class E, which isn't brilliant, but at over £300 cheaper than the Haier Class B dishwasher I bought that failed after 6 months (which was not bought from Amazon) I'm happy with this purchase for now.
The door is easier to get on and off than Haier's plastic fittings, as it is metal connectors and the door fits much better too as a result. I will try to add photos later...
