Collects 12L in 24 hours especially in the cold and damp weather.
Ordered a second one but unfortunately cost increase of £10.
The dehumidifier's size is good. And itscapacity is 10L but it is quite heavy. Luickly it got wheels, which can be easily to move around.
The noice is acceptable.
Overall it was really impressive, espeacially in Winter.
The three litre tank is ample. A larger tank would be very heavy when full.
The app and Alexa integration are smooth. They give you the option to have complex schedules and complete control of the machine. The manual talks about it having a delayed start mode which works once while the smart integration gives you the flexibilty to schedule in conjunction with smart environment sensors combined with timed schedules.
It’s surprising how much water is within the air
Also it has a motorised louvre makes clothes drying faster
Easy to use .
Noise-wise, it’s not silent—it sounds like a fan, with a noticeable hum even on low. It gets louder as the fan speed increases, which is expected. Still, it’s perfectly suitable for our open-plan reception area. I run it on low during summer, but I’ll likely increase the setting in winter to tackle condensation.
The smart control features are a highlight. App integration and Alexa compatibility make it easy to include in my smart home routines. The smart mode is especially useful—it automatically switches to standby when humidity is within target range and resumes operation when needed, helping reduce energy usage. The 3L water tank is generous, and the sturdy handle makes emptying it easy. It also beeps and sends in-app notifications when full, preventing overflow.
I’ve noticed a slight increase in electricity usage, but not excessive. I’ll monitor it over the month to compare with the cost of using a tumble dryer, especially since this unit includes a drying mode for laundry.
I also purchased the COMFEE' 12L version for upstairs use to maintain consistent humidity throughout the house. It’s working well and meets expectations. While I do miss the app control and Alexa integration of the 20L model, the 12L unit functions similarly. Its humidity readings are closer to my upstairs hygrometer, which makes me question the accuracy of the 20L unit slightly.
The 12L version has only two fan speeds (high and low) compared to the 20L’s three (low, medium, high), but it still includes auto mode, which is my preferred setting. Initially, I thought it didn’t have wheels and dreaded moving it between rooms—but I found them tucked inside the water tank, which was a pleasant surprise. The tank is smaller than the 20L’s, as expected.
Overall, the 12L unit is a good addition to our setup. I’m still debating whether I should’ve bought another 20L for the smart features, but with the 12L priced at £99.99 and the 20L at £149.99, the £50 difference just for app functionality is something to consider.
If you remove the water tank before its full, the machine doesn't stop, making it look like some little details were not though through.
It's easy to move around, it has flat parts and 4 wheels if you feel like installing them.
The design is simple and effective and the noise levels range from very loud and effective to very low and "is it actually doing anything?".
Overall if it's on sale, it's worth the money.
The dehumidifier is easy to move around as on wheels, although quit heavy if carrying up and downstairs. It will switch off automatically once the humidity levels have been reached or the tank is full of water. The water tank comes with a handle which makes it easy to remove and empty.
There are options to set timers, humidity levels, fan speeds and to choose among different working modes depending on your personal needs. The air purifier is a great bonus when you use the HEPA filter, which really helps my hayfever. You can choose air purification on its own or with dehumidification.I also downloaded the app to control the settings via my phone, which is amazing.
Overall,I’m really impressed with this dehumidifier and would recommend it to anyone looking to improve air quality and reduce excess moisture in their home.
Really easy to control, either connect to app in mobile or manually press the control panels.
We love the continuously working mode which not require us to empty the water tank every time it became full.
We also love it's wheely base for easy moving around the house ,decent made with good quality and lower noise than other brands .
They don't cost a lot to run ,electric consumption at 400w/h max!
We could adjust the fan speeds and humidity levels by press the buttons up or down .
Over all this is a decent products and worth the value .
The functions are easy to use, it can be easy moved using the wheels or if need be lifting. We don’t find it noisy and you can select the quieter fan mode at night. It collects plenty of water and makes great difference to our house. I also use it for drying the washing and on drying mode it is very good, just remember to reorganise clothes during drying and remove dry items as they dry. I personally wouldn’t be without one during the winter, it keeps the house warmer and mould/damp free. Good value for money, came well packaged.
I had a smaller dehumidifier before this. It was 250ml per day machine. It would remove between 40-60% of the condensation. This is left all night. This on the other hand, removes 100% of the condensation in a matter of hours. I use the silent mode, so it’s on the lowest setting. So, increasing the power, it will most certainly clear the condensation in half the time.
For the power, it is small and heavy. It comes with wheels to make it easier to move around. On silent, it is very quiet, even on the highest settings, it is far more noisy compared to others. The motor is very smooth. The tank is 2.5L, so if you have a very humid environment, you will have to empty the tank 5 or 6 times a day. But you do have the option to use a hose. A hose is provided, but it isn’t very long. With the hose, if you connect it to the drain or outdoor. You wouldn’t need to worry about emptying the tank.
This dehumidifier comes equipped with a 3 pin plug and cable attached, which is held in place with a plastic clip at the back of the machine. There is a drain hose if you wish to continuously drain away water into a separate container or you can take out the water collection section and just pour it away.
The wheels for the machine are stored inside the water collection basket so make sure you remove them before first use! They are simple to attach and make it easier to move about. It is quite heavy but compact and possible to lift up and carry around if necessary from room to room.
There is also a decent instruction booklet although its very easy to use. The simple push button controls are on the top of the machine. You can also set a child lock if necessary. There is a choice of fan speed, the lower being very quite when in use.
I have been testing it out for a short while and am happy with it so far. There was a fair amount of water extracted from the bedroom after only a few hours of use. This should be really useful over the winter months if you have to dry your laundry indoors as it will collect a large amount of water to help prevent a build up of damp.
This dehumidifier does a good job of pulling that excess moisture out of the air before it settles on the windows, so it makes for a healthier, warmer, environment. It's a sufficiently annoying level of noise to preclude us from leaving it running overnight in the bedroom, but the noise fades into the background as soon as we start moving around.
At just under £160, it feels a bit expensive compared to other models that are available, but the application of the £30 voucher that is currently available makes it extremely competitive and thus very much recommended
It has a large capacity water tray, which is easy to empty and the auto shut off mode turns the unit off and beeps to let you know when the collection tray is full.
It isn’t the most quiet unit, the fan is clearly audible and I wouldn’t keep it running overnight.
It appears to work very effectively, drawing off a good amount of water and has maintained the humidity at a comfortable 50-55%.
It is very similar to my previous dehumidifier unit but a fair bit more expensive without any extra features or noticeable improvements, so I would suggest it’s not necessarily the best value for money, however there is (at time of review) a (£30) discount voucher which makes it much more reasonably priced.
This is a large 12L dehumidifier that would work well in a large room/hallway. The first day I ran it, I put it on Auto at 45% humidity, and within 12 hours the tank was completely full. I couldn't believe how much water it collected from our hallway. There are 2 ways to empty the tank; it can be emptied by removing the water tank and dumping the water, or you can use the supplied hose for continuous drain. There are 3 modes to choose from: Auto, Dryer, and Silent. I personally use Auto mode on high fan speed at 35%-40% humidity; this runs the humidifier constantly until the room hits 40% humidity. It does come with wheels, but they don't need to be attached to use the humidifier. My other humidifier is also 12L, and I paid £150, so I think the price of this one is very fair.
